PROJECT: My clients approached me to help them turn this tiny bungalow into a modern 4 bedroomed home. The scheme saw the bungalow extensively extended on the ground floor and the creation of a first floor with master suite and balcony area. Full height glazing and additional roof lights allow for extra light to flood in and the off white render adds to the crisp modern exterior.
