PROJECT: Our long standing clients came to us to remodel and extend this 70's style detached house house. They wanted to open up the hall way, create a master bedroom suite and include lots of glazing to enjoy the spectacular views. Opening up the entrance hall was essential to improve circulation around the house and allowed for full height glazing to flood the inner area of the house with light. A major facelift for the exterior will see the current walls clad with brick slips and the first floor clad with timber.
