Customer Brief

Our client wanted to transform their property to include a first-floor extension, a new kitchen dining area and external modernisation using cladding and an oak porch. The property is situated in the Staffordshire countryside, so the idea was to maximise views from the new master bedroom.

Completed Project and Result

The property now features a combination of brick and off-white render providing both durability and aesthetic appeal. The dormer windows allow views of the countryside and the oak porch providing a welcoming entrance. The rear of the property includes a Juliet balcony and bifold doors to maximise light into the interior.  The front garden is bordered by elegant brickwork, matching the bricks used on the house.
